My husband came home and told me how uncomfortable he was with Peggy who cut his hair an was talking unprofessional an hitting on him an he definitely won’t be going back to her next time.

I checked my son 1 hr before he was supposed to be there, we checked in 20 min later. We had requested a certain stylist because of my son's disabilities and he does well with her. Well I guess she got off at 6 his haircut was to start at 5:30 we sat there till 630 only for them to tell is she was off. They could have I formed us that she could not get him in and they need to update the app, for ppl that get off at a certain time instead I wasted an hr with a impatient little boy for nothing.

Taylor was great. I have had an issue with a cowlick my whole life. Most stylists just cut it short and go on. Taylor was actually stressing over really trying to get it right. If someone is going to take that much care and concern over a customer, it definitely tells me I need to go back and let her cut my hair again. Thanks Sport Clips and Taylor for the service today.
